A manufacturer of car audio system had ordered a batch of pigeon hole cabinets. Their requirements are 1. the size of each hole made according to the size and loading weight of the special storage instruments. 2. use of ESD castor wheels. These batch of pigeon hole cabinets was ordered around mid of year 2019. Due to renovation in progress at client site and implementation of MCO (Movement Control Order) by Malaysia Government on 18 March 2020, the delivery date of these tailor made pigeon hole cabinets were delayed and delayed again.
Finally the delivery was made in October 2020. We were facing a few issues during delivery at client site, such as height of the entrance was a bit low, and we were required to be extra caution during the movement of the cabinets, not to scratch the floor coating of the site.
